Fan in the room wasn’t cleaned in idk how long. When we booked they never said anything about the pools being remodeled and out of order. We looked forward to using the pool at our stay. Loc ation was great, excellent amenities, beautiful room, beautiful pool, helpful staff (Zee was super helpful). Definitely going back. One small comment: you can have soap, shower gel, etc. with much better smell :)
