There are many things that I enjoyed about this place- the staff is phenomenal, the views are beautiful and The Falls pools were so much fun for the kids. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were many healthy options to choose from. The only downside is the rooms are outdated.

It’s a beautiful resort, fully renovated, and magnificent landscaping. We had the villa that was super spacious. Service was excellent and breakfast was delicious. We also loved the swimming pools. Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown
The staff texting to make sure the room was ok was really great! We ended up needing help with our thermostat. I texted Bryce at the front desk and he came right up and fixed it. The complimentary breakfast was much better than most. Lots of variety!
