The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. We tried to check in early and I was told they couldn't accommodate us, which I understand. I kept checking back periodically to see where we were at, no luck. Then I come back in to check again, what are you getting? It was it for the next hour the entire staff was eating lunch
