I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Hallways were dingy and horribly under lit. Room carpet was torn and well worn out. Bathroom fan was super loud and the bath drain was broken.
