We were told we received an upgrade when we checked in. The room we received was not an upgrade. There was barely a balcony, which only had a table no room for chairs, issues with flushing the toilet and also an odor in the room. We were told they only had 1 room left but it was next to the construction. So we decided to just stay in the room we had. Other than this the hotel was in a great location.

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. A special mention for their breakfast and the open air dining area which was the highlight of the mornings. We would definitely come back

Amazing stay! The hotel was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was professional, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect — close enough to easily get everywhere, yet far enough from the noise, allowing for peaceful and quiet nights. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance of comfort, service, and tranquility.

Loved our stay here! We received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room that had a private access to the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless with comfortable beds. They have an app to allow for easier communication which was very convenient for anything we needed. The location is great because it’s a few minutes away from a lot to do and a ten minute walk away from the beach. BYD felt like a home away from home and I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be close to Patong again.

Apartment was amazing with everything you can ask for staff where geaat would have been 5 stars if wasn't for the breakfast service the staff spent all the time with a few agrumentive customers and forgot about everyone else the cold food and sausages very under cooked

Wonderful Place to Stay

I enjoyed my stay here; the staff upgraded my loft to one with a better view. The loft was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is tucked away off the main street but still conveniently located. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel has a great bar/restaurant right next to the lobby. It's also very quiet here, I was very happy with my stay.

Beautiful apartment with any and everything one might need for a relaxing vacation. 15 minute walk to the beach and other points of interest. Hidden gem in the Patong Beach area!

This is a hidden gem in the Patong Beach area. 5 minute walk to the beach and chaos of Patong, but when you're at the hotel it's quiet, clean, great service, really good food and feels like a little oasis. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Found this absolute gem after leaving a different hotel that was terrible & we were SO glad we did!!!!! Fantastic suites, great location, clean, lovely amenities & the most comfortable beds!!!! Pool area was absolutely gorgeous. The service & attention from staff was absolutely impeccable. This hotel was perfect from check in to check out & made our stay in Phuket wonderful!!
