Our stay in the Jantra was absolutely amazing. We had the luck to be upgraded to a much bigger room which even came with its own Christmas tree! The hotel is located within the Pukhet Country Club which makes it very quiet but also a bit remote. You will definitely need a transport to get anywhere, which can be arranged by the hotel or you just call a cab with Bolt/Grab. The owners are very forthcoming. Communication is done via messenger to reduce contact during Covid but they reply even at odd hours and take your requests. In general, the hygiene measures are at highest standard. The whole premise looks new and well maintained. Breakfast with our own personal waiter was served with on an outside terrace with a wonderful view on to the golf course. Overall it felt more like a big mansion rather than a hotel. It was a perfect choice for a stay near Phuket City and a base for our trips across the area.

Best resort in Phuket

The Chinoiserie Collection Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts I have stayed at across the globe. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are so genuinely lovely and caring and are willing to accomodate any requests you may have!! We booked a day tour and were due to checkout during that day and they held our luggage and prepared a breakfast box for us! The facilities are absolutely stunning. The serenity and exclusivity just made the experience so luxurious and relaxing. We got a free upgrade and my god it was stunning. Our room opened onto the pool and the view was breathtaking. There are lots of places to eat around the area within a 5 minute walk and the beach is so close! The owners were so helpful even offering to take us to some beautiful sunset locations. I can not recommend this resort enough! If you ever get the chance to stay in Phuket, this should definitely be your first choice. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!!

A litte gem in Nai Harn area

Even though we're not super fond of Phuket compared to other destinations in Southeast Asia, we discovered this little corner of paradise 10 minutes walk from Nai Harn beach. Chinoiserie Collection Resort & Spa is a recently opened boutique hotel that offers exquisite taste and high level services. Built on a steep hill on the lake side, it's a bit far from the airport so you may want to rent a car or a scooter to visit the area but the owners are very nice and arranged free pick-ups and drop-offs on multiple occasions in Nai Harn and Rawai, or negotiated taxi fares for the more distant destinations. We were upgraded to a duplex with pool view which was very comfortable and very big! Fast wifi and Apple TV were just additional perks. Breakfast was included and freshly cooked and there are a steam room and a sauna available at no extra cost. We also opted for a dinner experience with two starters, three mains and two desserts which was sophisticated and in line with our expectation and the rest of the experience. A great deal of attention has been given to the look and feel of the whole structure and the hard work certainly pays off! Thanks again for having us for our short honeymoon trip.

El hotel es precioso y bien cuidado. La zona donde esta situado es muy tranquila y con poco entretenimiento. Parte del personal es muy poco eficaz y sin ningún tipo de interés muy poco profesional para un hotel de esta categoría. Espero que mejoren mucho esta parte. Desayuno agradable pero monótono, carta muy corta. Spa muy bonito con buenos profesionales, precios altos. Espero que rectifiquen la actitud del personal, en mi caso mis peticiones de obtener una plancha, un día que me arreglaran la tv, limpiar la bañera (que está al exterior) o desayunar en otro sitio, todo fue ignorado.... Me decían que me llamarían pero ni se molestaron. Mi estancia fue de 5 días. Esta es su único y GRAN defecto.

Incredible and highly recommended

We had an INCREDIBLE stay at the Chinoiserie hotel. First of all, the property is stunning, both the room decor and facilities, along with the swimming pool and outdoor area perfect for relaxing. Since the recent months the hotel has been under new management. The couple that runs the hotel are on top of every detail, ensuring your stay can be absolutely ideal. We enjoyed chatting with them, their friendly and professional approach, and the rest of the staff were also lovely. We really appreciate your kindness and hospitality, and hope to stay here again.

Litt problemer med noen småting på rommet når vi ankom, men siden vi kom veldig sent, gjorde vi ikke noe med det. Neste dag oppgraderte de til den beste suiten de hadde, og den var helt fantastisk, og vi fikk i tillegg veldig sen utsjekk kostnadsfri. Veldig servicevenlig personale, som gjorde alt for at vårt opphold skulle bli perfekt. De hadde ingen middagsmeny, men kunne lage det vi hadde lyst på, og vi fikk en fantastisk sjømatkveld, med bobler og chablis. Hotellet ligger en kort gåtur fra stranden, og har i tillegg ett flott basseng. Vi bestilte også massasje, og den var av de bedre jeg har hatt i Thailand. Anbefales ett besøk på det sterkeste.

In support of management and Frette bed sheets

I stayed at this resort as it was undergoing management change. The new owners used to work at the Ritz Carlton and are planning to bring some of that high quality service to the resort. I am writing this review in support of them, as I was very impressed with their vision for the resort and their attentive service during my stay. I wish them all the best. Rooms are gorgeous. They only have 8 suites, and I have been told that they are all unique. Each suite has tasteful Chinese antique decor with modern amenities like an outdoor bath tub. Netflix is available. I had a private patio which is nice. What impressed me the most were the Frette bed sheets being used. These are some crazy high-end Italian bed sheets, and sleeping on them are already worth the price of admission. I was there when they are prepping the place for a full opening in July, so the staff was on the move 24/7. Yet, they had time to address my needs, and for the owners to spend time with me. I took some marks off for condition, as I could see that there were areas which they are in the process of refurbishing. My sense is that the new owners are trying to be different from the big box chain hotels, with a charming and luxurious boutique using high-end amenities + great personalized service. Its eas(ier) to do when you only have 8 rooms. PS: try their gourmet coffee

Really bad Customer Service that ruined the experience. Staff arrogant and not organised and enable to deliver a basic service. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. its a 2 star hotel in my opinion.

Truly superb

The attention to charming detail and classic atmosphere in this truly beautiful boutique, 8 room only hotel is genuinely dramatic. They have succeeded in creating a unique oasis removing you from the troubles, energy and noise of the modern world. The pool area is a superb and impressive build, great for laps, sunbathing and feels like your own secret oasis. The breakfast delivered to your door on time and taken outside in the morning sun is a nice touch. If you like wood and stone, retreat style accom. and something unique. This place is a must!

The hotel was a great place to unwind. Although the hotel was full whilst we were there our stay was very peaceful. The rooms are very large, clean and beautiful styled. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful: booking taxi's, organising laundry, etc. The hotel has a great location, very tranquil but only 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants etc.

Perfect place . The owner is a very special Lady who gives her all to make you feel welcomed , she invested 10 years of her Life to create this Heaven . I highly recommend it .
