"Big hotel the sprawled across the grounds , lovely room with a view of the beach. Would have been better with a lift rather than having to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The hotel was lovely but personally we struggled with the hills and to get around the hotel it was better to use a golf buggy."

"My stay at Grand Mercure was phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. No matter how small, they delivered every time. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are very clean. The resort is walking distance to many shops and Jungceylon mall. Excellent location."

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Thailand—the resort was excellent, very clean, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food. The staff and overall service made our experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The main area for improvement would be the entertainment and adding more activities during the day, which would make the resort experience even better."

"A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes). Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling."

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
