Hotel Murah di Phước Lộc

"The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet...

"Very nice."

"Great staff, very friendly and always willing to help. The room was cleaned daily and sheets changed. The food was great at the Vietnamese restaurant and there are other options for food as well. Will definitely visit again"

"The location isn’t so great but in return the staff are awesome. All the staff from front desk to waiters are very helpful. The waitress Trinh were always on top of things- kindly taking away our plates."

"Nice hotel, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, amazing price."

"Location and price and amenities are good. A but run down in some parts of the hotel. Staffs sre friendly."

"the view is nice and room clean."

"Got an upgrade for kids to have attached room , booked room with ocean view and did not disappoint at all. Staff was very helpful and Yen at reception looked after very well too. Will visit again in future"

"A wonderful hotel with excellent service and great value. Many thanks to the entire hotel team! The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom had brighter colors or darker, clearer labels. Since the bottles are dark and the writing is quite light, it can be a little difficult to tell them...

"the room was clean, neat and cozy. short walk about 5 minutes to the beach. very helpful and friendly staff. we are all enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"Breakfast was so bad. And I can handle a lot, but that was bad. Coffee was horrible. Super watered down. Warm at best. Not hot. Hotel itself dated and aged but hey, it was a great deal for what we paid. Breakfast for sure could have used quite a bit of improvement. Probably wouldn't stay here again, think there's better options out there. "
