"Lovely staff - Du provided excellent check out. This is a very large hotel used for conferences so you need to be aware you might share as we did with 300 Australians on a work conference who are very loud and vomit in the lift. But otherwise fabulous staff and good location"

"Bathroom towels were from APA Hotel & Resort & color fated. I found insects and bug in living room and 1 of the bedroom. No slippers, no pool access (Pau ₫370K to access La Vela Saigon Hotel), both bathroom bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic to sleep. Also, I got bug bites on sofa. No laundry detergent when washing machines available. Underneath Kitchen sink super smelly and dirty. Kitchen utensils need to clean."

"My stay was plagued by significant maintenance and cleanliness issues. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition: the cabinets were broken, and despite having a kitchen area, there were no utensils provided at all. Most disappointing was the lack of cleanliness throughout the space.
After complaining, I was moved to a second room, but the experience didn't improve. This room was also not properly cleaned and, once again, lacked basic kitchen utensils. It is frustrating to be moved from...

"The room was very dirty on arrival and my significant other had to ask the staff to clean it. The AC and laundry were not working on arrival. The bed is so hard I ended up switching to another hotel after a couple of days. Pretty sure the bed was concrete with a sheet on top"

"AVOID THIS STAY AT ALL COST! This service with this accommodation was horrendous since we landed at the airport. When we landed, we could get a hold of management. We were stuck at the airport until 2AM on top of the strenuous immigration wait. After finally being able to contact the host, we were forced to accept a stay at a different property and not the one we booked! They told us to stay at a property a bit far from the one we booked, and then we still had to pack our luggage again the next...

"It was a group of 6 and we celebrated our anniversary; we were greeted with congratulations and complementary beverages during check in. They had flowers on our bed with happy anniversary. The restaurant that we dined in was amazing, the room with the tub, the roof top bar, the pool bar, everyone was so helpful, I was truly impressed and surprised, we were all a bit reluctant about our stay because we normally stay at Hyatt Hotels, but the team at Mai House was amazing. Even when we booked the...
