"The room was spotless and very spacious, so it was a comfortable stay. The host / manager was available within minutes via whatsapp and super friendly. The entrance is easy to find once you identify it the first time, and the use of pin/links is handy so you don't have to keep track of a key. It is located about a 15 min walk from Milano Centrale and is close to tram and metro stops. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. "

"The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area with access to publication transportation and restaurant. The hotel itself is in an old building with some remodeling done about 5-6 years ago. The room was remodeled OK, but the lobby and elevators were kind of old. Our stay worked out well overall. One thing to note is that they charge us for the use of bottle water (2 euro each). "Friendly staff, though not particularly knowledgeable about the area as we were sent on a trek for places to eat when there were better ones on the doorstep. The hotel is clean but the rooms are tired in places (finishing is shoddy on ie skirtings / paint / discoloured plug holes etc). Rooms are also basic but comfortable enough.
