"Our stay at La Lepre Felice was simply amazing! When we arrived at the front door we were a little thrown off but that soon changed once we made it upstairs and into the waiting area. "Nightmarish to find and check in. Staff wasn’t there at agreed time. Another guest opened first of three gates/doors and let me in. Nobody was there, but sign stated that sign-in was 20min walk away, so off I went. Of course the main office was closed for a 3hr lunch.
