"I stay at king suit with terrace, room is big and modern with excellent bad and shower .. very happy with room , neighborhood is little out of city and not walkable to anywhere.. but if come with car it’s very convenient and there is easy access parking at hotel .. probably it will be my regular hotel at Milan . "I have just spent a few nights at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan and was really impressed. It’s a lovely hotel with character, the room was spacious and very clean, with all the facilities you need, air con, usb charger socket, safe, tv and a nice bathroom with good shower. "We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. "Really great hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great both mornings! Clean and one of the best hotels we stayed at in Italy on our trip. Perfect walking distance to transportation (trams, trains and metros), although a little out of the way of the touristy locations, it was nice to be in a quiet area. But close enough to Milano Cadorna to travel to Lake Como!"

I even had FIVE of my friends stay there and bragged about the service, I was embarrassed I had people spending thousands of dollars for sub par service.
