"We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manchester, and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for what would be a fantastic stay. The hotel is perfectly sited for shopping, sightseeing and only a few stops on the tram to the Co-Op Live. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering all my questions with a smile. One gentleman took the time to draw us a sightseeing route on a map. The housekeeping staff were fantastic, maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our room throughout our stay. We were in a junior suite and the sofa beds were already made up for my children to sleep on. Each day, we returned to a spotless and comfortable room, they even left extra hot chocolate and biscuits for the kids. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I appreciated the care they put into their work. Overall, our stay was a delightful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming environment. I look forward to returning in the future!"
