"Property was nice staff was friendly and helpful. Our roomcleaning staff were very kind and did a great job! Hotel is near a couple transit stations which was very convenient to get anywhere in the city, especially heaving towards the tourist areas. Only complaint was that the bed was very firm but I put down the extra blankets they had and it helped."

"Great hotel, with friendly, intuitive staff. At check-in they inquired if we would need transportation back to the airport the next day, without prompting by us. The room was great, the on-property restaurant and bar were very nice as well. My one opportunity for improvement would be to make sure the grounds outside the hotel are clean. There was a lot of litter visible outside our window (room 222). More than offset by the other great things happening at InnSide. We would definitely stay there again in conjunction with any travel in Barcelona. "
