Really clean apartment and fantastic pool. Only downside was the check in at another location and the apartment being in the flight path of the nearby airport. Otherwise, great value.

Erittäin harhaanjohtavat sisäänkirjautumisohjeet ja sekava viestintä ennen saapumista. Onneksi ystävällinen siivooja ohjasi toisen majapaikan vastaanottoon jotta saimme huoneen avaimen koska odotimme sähköistä avainta viestin mukaan. Huoneisto oli tilava ja terassi ok, ympäristö rauhallinen. Oli hyvä, kun pyyhkeitä ja lakanoita oli ylimääräisiä ja tiskaussetti tarpeellinen. Roskat piti viedä muttei kerrottu mihin.

WiFi was horrible. Couldn't really use it. No paper towels or napkins. I wouldn't stay there again. The area was nice. Safe and quiet. Restaurants near by. Close to the ocean.

Incheckning på annat hotell ca 15 min promenad bort. Inget som kommunicerats ut. Dåligt!!! De behöver städa poolen oftare. Annars prisvärt hotell!

Incredibly hard check-in process. There was a problem with their pre check-in system online. The tourist tax that we were asked to pay was inaccurate, but it was not let known to us until we found the reception desk after the check-in time. We've been told in person that we didn't get access to the room key as expected because we didn't pay the accurate amount for the tourist tax even though we got a email saying we successfilly completed the pre check-in online. When the access to the room was not provided in time by email at 3 PM as promised, we had to scramble to find their remote reception desk as the building had no reception. When we messaged the property through email and Expedia message until way past 3:30 PM to request their assistance, the property never responded to us, and even after we left the property a day after. Once in the room, we found out that the previous trash was not disposed and still sitting in the garbage can. No need to say that we never got a response when we informed the property about this. No information was provided about the free WiFi, we had to look everywhere until we found a random QR code in the hallway. The reception desk is a few blocks away from our room's building until 6 PM. After 6 PM, we would need to go to their other reception desk in 19 min walk. Very poor service with absolutely no response online when issues arise made worse by the absence of a reception desk inside the building.

Lovely property with friendly and helpful reception staff at the SG Costa down the road. Pool was quiet and a great addition to the property. We came to stay for the kids to attend the Andres Gimeno tennis academy and this location was walkable, in a lovely area and very close to the beach.

Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach. Instructions were clear when checking in. Host was very pleasant and informative. Restaurants all along the boardwalk and grocery store approximately a 12 minute walk. Room was great and was totally equipped. I highly recommend!
