"We’ve been in nyc many times but this was the most amazing property and perfect location away from the madness of Times Square. Had amenities of the large hotels but was very quaint. The staff was amazing and attentive. The only minor complaint was that our floor (7th) had a consistent damp smell throughout our stay. Fortunately the smell wasn’t in the room. "

"The only issue we encountered was with the elevators. They were old and very slow. Maintenance was continually working on them. "
