"Esperienza da ripetere!! Bellissimo ambiente, curato e per tutti i tipi di esigenze..dalle tende ai camper, dalle roulotte agli chalet.. tutto perfetto.. Mini market presente, lavanderia, bagni e docce comuni se non hai uno chalet.. area ristoro..insomma non manca nulla!! La struttura non ha più la navetta ma giusto difronte c’è la fermata del 14 che porta in centro (20 o 30 minuti in base al traffico) nonché la fermata corrispettiva per il rientro.. giusto compromesso per chi vuole godersi...

"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"No 24 hour shuttle to airport as advertised (it cost about 100-200 euros to get your own transportation). The hotel Charges 2.5 Euros each way for their shuttle to and from the city. The shuttle drops you off about a mile from the actual city center no where near anything and it has other stops on the way, it also has limited pick up and drop offs. It is cheaper and more convenient to take the city bus. The air conditioning was blowing hot air on the lowest setting the first 2 nights,...

"This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel.
