In room 210 the bathtub has mold, the paint is peeling on the hallway floors, and the breakfast area is small with a very limited variety of food.

Pictures of this place are deceiving. We got there & it was basically the landlord special of a hotel. Room was dirty, used towel still in the bathroom & used white soap! hair/dirt left on the floor. Left a small bit of tp, my 8yr old went to open the only other roll they left in the room & it had a USED bandaid stuck to it! -we were livid! We ended up going to buy a small pack of tp from Walmart to use. They also only gave us 2 towels when it was 4 of us staying....for 8 days. Luckily, I came prepared, & brought our own shampoos & lotions because the hair soap provided was empty & the bottles had mold growing on the bottom of them. The carpets don't get cleaned or vacuumed as they should, because you can see they needed swept, but my clean new white socks were disgusting after walking through the room! Next up, the fridge isn't working right so sadly we threw out the food we had because it couldn't be trusted, the fridge was warm. The outlets were a nightmare, couldn't get anything plugged in & the 1 outlet we could use, I had to shove the plug in pretty hard. Now for trash, we stuck our 2 trash cans out in front of our door to be changed...well they took them & never brought them back. Again, luckily I had trash bags for our trash during our drive & if our kids got car sick cuz I had to use them the whole stay. Door doesnt close right, sketchy elevator, & no buffet at all!!! False advertisment! Dirty/stained blankets & pillows.

Ac vent to room was not. Rey clean. The plug at the bathroom sink did not work for hair dryer light over tge bed flickered all morning. Not a very pleasant stay.

Beds were on metal frame the mattresses was not attached mattress was smaller than frame we hit out knee on it bruising our knee, when we called to ask for some extra pillows and blankets the lady said we already had 6 pillows that were litterally deflating under ur head very uncomfortable, beds were hard and uncomfortable. The door when locked had a gap in it, the fire station is up the road so wverytime they go out uhear everything plus the constant road noise. Door and window are thin and with letting in the cold air.

Staff courteous abd very helpful. The rooms are large but they need some TLC. Bathroom mirror broken, tissue paper holder unscrewed and falling (although this was corrected as soon as we notified the staff, but should have been taken care of before giving the room as ready) comforter had a large stain and even when the reservation was for 3 people, the sofa that turns into bed had no linens. ( Again, all of these were corrected as soon as we notified the staff but could have been avoided) Overall cleanliness of the room needs some work)

Oh my word, this place was amazingly awesome!! They have totally remodeled the rooms. The bed was so comfy that I slept for 9 hours the first night. I am usually awake at every sound....I heard nothing. I want to know where the mattress and sheets came from. I haven't slept that well in a very long time. Staff were very helpful, carried my luggage to the room and everything. If I ever get to Pigeon Forge again, this is my hotel. LOVED staying here.

The room was not maintained. Lights didn’t work properly. Light over bed flashed on and off. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the room had a smell to it like someone had smoked in it at one time. Both shampoo containers empty. The floor in the shower stall very slippery. Someone will eventually slip and get hurt.

There staff made us keep a parking pass on the mirror but on Christmas day they allowed customers from the restaurant next door to take all the parking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was consistently excellent, with staff who were attentive, polite, and genuinely hospitable. Breakfast was well-organized, fresh, and offered a great variety to start the day. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I would happily recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
