The hotel is very clean. Evening in the room is super loud- the air conditioner, toilet, and sink. The walls were also pretty thin so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. The breakfast was kinda disappointing but I did like the coffee.

The most important thing for us it’s a clean room and no carpet, this hotel did exactly that no carpet and clean room, it was well maintained and the breakfast was super delicious would definitely stay again here

The only difficult issue was parking. It is pretty inconvenient because there just isn’t enough room. My car is small and it was hard to park underneath because of the poles. I made it work but just know it’s a little difficult. Everything else was just fine.

Hotel was in an excellent location especially for the price! Everything was very clean and the staff members we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The only negative I feel like is the parking situation. The entire parking lot is a very weird situation and you may have difficulties if you’re in a fairly larger vehicle but overall our stay was excellent!

We had a great stay. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We’d had a terrible nights stay at another establishment (not IHG) when we last minute checked in The Garner. This stay was everything we needed and then some. Breakfast was fresh every single day. Free cookies and a different infused water in the lobby every single day. And staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable after our initial bad stay at another hotel (not an IHG hotel). Thank you all for a comfortable and safe stay.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and eager to please! The room was spacious, yet a little damp. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was always ready when we went down. Such a variety! I would recommend The Garner for your stay in Pigeon Forge.
