"Staff were friendly, and rooms were clean and comfortable. While breakfast was included in the cost, it looked stale/recycled. Conveniently, though, there is a restaurant (Lumberjacks) less than a 3 minute walk away - their breakfast and service were wonderful. Hotel shuttle and close proximity to airport (to make a 12:55am flight) were primary reasons for selecting this hotel. The hotel is pet friendly, and there was a faint “wet dog order” in the lobby. Bath tub did not a slip mat, which proved a bit hazardous. Beds were very comfortable, and room size larger than expected. Park Inn, needs to reconsider its early check-in policy, especially when the hotel is far from capacity, and the requested check-in is at 1230pm (and the room is ready) when typical check in is at 300pm. No other hotel for which I have been a guest charged a fee when early check-in is with 3 hours. That said, I’ve never stayed at a Radisson branded hotel - typically Fairmont, Delta and/or Alt - so this may be standard practice dictated by the parent company."

"This is a beautiful and convenient property when flying in or out. The room was spotless and the robes are so awesome! Just comfy! The front desk staff were really lovely. We ate at the restaurant and the food was just great. It's a little pricey but portions were large and prices are always high at the airport. They were quite busy but the staff was so lovely and friendly and really were attentive despite how busy they were. I had the salmon and asked that it not be overcooked. It was perfect...some of the best I've had. Staff came back to check and make sure it was done properly. We will definitely stay again, but I have one suggestion for the hotel. You need to have a bell boy to help with the luggage!! The entry to the hotel always reminds me of sneaking in the back door. I understand the configuration of the hotel vs airport doesn't allow for a nice lobby to greet guests as soon as they arrive. However, when you have frail elderly with tons of luggage or families with small children often carrying babies, it is expected a hotel of that quality would have someone to assist with luggage. My husband had recent heart surgery and can't lift anything over 30 lbs. But there is no help anywhere. Please consider have a bell person on site when people arrive and depart. While there are carts available right at the door, it is more of a self serve situation. A hotel of that quality and price point should have that service available."
