"Front desk staff is nice and helpful "

"The hotel was very clean. The pressure of shower was kinda low and the temp was warm. I took a shower around midnight and again in the morning. Wouid be njce to have some non dairy creamers out for those that can't have dairy. I didn't know there was a pitcher of very little Oat milk hiding behind the yogurts in the tiny fridge. Again, maybe some little cartons of Coconut or Almond milk would be helpful for non dairy folks for the cereal or Oatmeal. Otherwise, I would stay there again. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times I felt safe during my stay, which is always a top priority. That said, the surrounding area isn’t the best, and it does seem like there may be some long-term residents on the property. On the positive side, the staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming at check-in, which made the experience smoother. The rooms were clean during both of my stays, which I really appreciated. One downside is that in the building I stayed in, there was no working elevator, which could be inconvenient depending on your needs. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for something affordable and clean."

"AC was excellent. Shower was good. Cleanliness bad (dirty floors, hair on bathroom & shower walls. The worst part was that I had to put up with a woman yelling and cursing at her 4 or five kids in the adjoining room CONSTANTLY, for 2 days and 3 nights. When I complained about that to the front desk, they promised they'd talk to her. I know they did, but nothing changed. They told me if nothing changed, they'd move ME! So their solution was to inconvenience me more, and then who knows what the next room would bring. I wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind, but, instead, I anonymously sent her and her kids a pizza because I overheard their need for food. I know she had her hands full, but I rented the room for peace and got the opposite. The pizza quieted things down, but only for a couple of hours. It was horrible, even in the middle of the night. Yes, I blame the staff. Oh yeah, the room has a strange smell, too. But the killer was the woman and her kids. Screaming at them, telling them they are stupid and threatening to take them back to their father. I wanted to call the police. That's partly why I sent a pizza (instead)."
