"Property: very old and I’m still in shocked. For the price that I’ve paid, especially at a Fairmont, I expected a beautiful and newish look.
The space near the swimming pool entrance was so dirty.
The indoor pool was cold. People keep coming in and out from outside pool.
Room: was clean but very old furniture. Bathroom old.
I’ve paid less elsewhere for better quality and service.
They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room.
It’s a shame that only the 7th floor is renovated. The price difference is minimal but the service is so huge.
It’s big time for some renovations! "

"Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again. "
