"Excellent stay at DO & CO Hotel Munich. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to Munich City Hall and surrounded by luxury boutiques. "There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is so beautiful and they were so helpful with any of the questions we had. Don’t sleep on the sauna wellness area on the fifth floor. It was absolutely incredible."

"A very nice hotel in central location. Nice and modern and looks to have been refurbished recently. VERY friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast/selection. The only minor negatives I can give is the bed frame being squeaky (not great if one of you shifts around a lot in your sleep) and the pillows being comically thin."

Can’t recommend enough staying in Lehel if you don’t want to be amidst the insanely packed crowds but can easily walk or train to Marienplatz and be there in minutes.
