"We received a friendly welcome on arrival and were checked in quickly. My partner's mother experienced difficulties negotiating the slope at the main entrance, because the wheels of her walker kept getting caught in the gaps between the cobbles/paving. Parking was at a premium as there was a function there the same eving. So I 6Our room, 90 was fine for our overnight stay, and clean with comfortable beds. Well equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. With a rainfall shower, I thought a...

"The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly."

"Lovely stay. Spacious room"

"Nice property and unbelievable breakfast"

"Good size room with everything you need, really good breakfast"

"Gut gelegen, leider lassen dich die Fenster nicht öffnen und es liegen überall staubige Teppiche. Ich hatte ein behinderten Zimmer und alles war viel zu niedrig für mich. Die Betten sind allerdings super."

"The dinner food sucks. The spa/pool is fantastic . Location in the middle of nowhere but convenient for business travellers"

"Very good"

"Sauna and steam… about 8 unsupervised kids running in and out…staff don’t deal with this. The sauna and steam are way too small for the size of the hotel. Steam holds about 7 people. Inconsiderate guests lay across the sauna bench and steam when they can see people trying to come in and people have to go back out. Reception staff very pleasant but when taking the holding deposit they don’t tell you how much they’re taking, just swipe your card. Room adequate. Breakfast sausages were tough coffee...

"Plenty of parking, friendly staff, Very clean. Limited menu but excellent quality. Let down by peeling paintwork on exterior giving a neglected appearance. Would benefit from a fridge in the bedroom"

"Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

"We'll positioned for railway station and RailAir services to Heathrow."

"Room clean but bed not up to Premier Inn standard. Very springy and uncomfortable. Grandson lived the packet of skittles in the room - this made his stay. Staff amazing and helpful "

"I stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. The staff helped me locate the property (wedding goers had parked in front of the sign and hidden it). I had booked a single room and it was ideal for one person. Shower room spacious and worked well."
