"Everything was fine but bathroom floor was greasy, and door would not lock."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were issues with the rooms. The tv's in the first room were an issue, so we were moved. The second room didn't have hot water and the air wasn't cooling. The third room was better but there wasn't an anti slip mat for the tub and my guest nearly fell in the tub. Seeing that he is 6'3" and weighs near 300# that would have been a catastrophe. This is the first time we've been so inconvenienced and are going to likely look for other accommodations...
