"Hotel was great and our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was good but food was limited at the resort. Restaurants at adjacent property were awesome and a 4 minute walk so not a big drawback. Marine room down the street is a must to eat. Great stay and would recommend."

"What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "

"The shower head was something like a pool side wash off shower. That needs to be upgraded .Everything else was a plus!! The Jamaican young lady at the front desk was very vibrant her smiles lite the whole place up. I feel welcome. I will be back !!!"
