"Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!"

"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. "This property was advertised as all inclusive, but it is not. I was very disappointed when every single meal, snack, bottle of water, etc was an extra charge. The resort will only provide a $16 credit towards daily breakfast but almost every option on their menu exceeds the $16 credit, unless you only want toast and fruit. The menu at all of the restaurants were overpriced, their food was decent, service was good at all restaurants, but every meal added to the expense for this stay. The resort...

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. "Worse hotel to stay at. It’s more a timeshare than a hotel. No elevators to get to your room. You have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Poor customer service. Waited 3 hours after check in for out room to be ready because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Nobody to help with your luggage so you have to carry all your luggage up 10 flights of stairs in a zig zag path. One restaurant that closes early and only have 3 options and are over priced.
