"3rd time stayed here and great as usual. Would stay again. I rarely ever have issues with the hotels/motels themselves. It’s the other guests which are usually the issue with their lack of awareness to the noise they create. Or, in this case, the dog(s) they travel with that constantly bark when they leave them alone in the room. Not the dog’s fault, was probably anxious. This was in room right next to me so no way to cover that sound with anything else. Will just request next time to maybe not...

"Beautiful room. Recently redone. However, the last occupant's used towel was left in the corner of the bathroom and 4 of a 10-piece McNuggets left in the fridge. Other than that, the place is immaculate. The room we were in was I believe called the "Sun Suite". This is not a space for people who sleep in. Unshaded sky lights in the bedroom. BRING EYE MASKS! "It was a beautiful hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything was in walking distance. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. The only thing I would change is that the sink was located outside of the bathroom. There was no need for such a huge sink. Other than that, I have no real complaints and I enjoyed my stay there."

"My husband and i went away for a few days and stayed at Sherwood Motel. Our room was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Although, i felt more towel hooks would have been nice, it did not hinder our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"Located in downtown wellsboro within walking distance to shoppes and restaurants, this hotel is a throwback in a good way. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The lobby and rooms were clean and functional with modern amenities, but had the feel of another era, giving me a taste of what life might have been like in another time. Breakfast was good also, my kids loved the chocolate raspberry muffins."
