"Well on arrival we had to load our own cart and take it to the room and also upon leaving the resort, this was unusual to me because I had stayed in April and in June prior to this visit. I was disappointed by that 2 employees were sitting back on the cellphones. We arrived around 4pm or close to that time on Sunday August 9, 2026 left Friday August 14, 2026. The floor next to my bed in room 524 south was soaked wet. They sent someone up with a drier we used until lat Monday evening and your staff retrieved the equipment and the floor has dried but the following day it was wet again in the same area because I had informed them on Sunday August 9, 2026 that the toilet was running. We had to jungle the flush handle in order to get the toilet to stop running but did sporadically run again which disturbed our sleeping and peaceful vacation we had anticipated. Prayers that the next guest has more comfort, relaxation and peace."

"Overall this was a fair deal compared to other hotels in the area. Our room was in need of a better cleaning. The tub contained hair and the floor was dirty. The beds slept well and enjoyed the free breakfast. Next time, will likely stay at Holiday Inn Express instead but you always seem to get what you pay for."

"Ice machine broke down and the staff gave me a sufficient amount from a 10lb bag they had in staff fridge, Thanks!! Wi-Fi glitch that was fixed immediately , Thanks Again!! Everything else was perfect , Room, staff, AC, and Breakfast , Thanks for a Great Stay!!"
