"The room was clean and the staff are helpful. I love that there is a microwave and ref in the room. There are also multiple outlets to plug your devices and best of all, wifi is free! We also love the hotel backyard with access to the beach and different games for family. Beautfiful spot to watch the sunset. We will definitely come back to this hotel! "

"We stayed here overnight as one of the stops on our road trip. The premises were excellent, inside and out. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was helpful. Coffee and hot water was available all day in the lobby. There was a gym and was actually a decent size with maybe 3 treadmills and a Peloton bike, a bench, a bunch of dumb bells and another weight machine thing. "I have stayed here before they remodeled and it made a big difference. The fire pit and jacuzzi were great. The rooms were updated, and they were clean and comfortable. Great stay!!! Highly recommend"

"Very family friendly, kids played at the heated pool and hot tub, king suite was large enough for the four of us, decor was dated, lovely areas nearby for hiking and a 25 acre nursey that had cool things to buy. Breakfast wasn't good, $20 if you didn't book directly through their website. Coffee was awful. Close proximity to beach, elephant seals and Hearst Castle. Would probably go back. Would've been nice to have a gym on the property."

"The room was good. It was clean. The bedroom were comfy and the AC was pleasant. I’m glad it had Netflix that was a plus. The view of the creek was nice but come the evening all the frogs just too much but I did get for joy it. I left my wallet behind and they were kind to come over and open it after hours. Nice cozy town too. "

"It costs a lot less than staying on moonstone beach. The rooms in back have balconies or small decks opening up on the creek. The hummingbirds are busy there. Rooms in back also have gas fireplaces. "

"The view from our room in the back on the upper lever had a great view of the ocean, the surf, and the boardwalk. It was a large room with comfortable furnishings, fridge, microwave, and great in-room coffee. Sunsets were awesome every evening. Breakfast was more than any other continental we have had over the years. "
