#nature is amazing. Visited the Tonto Natural Bridge State Park. Beautiful park for a picnic, views and some hiking.
Didn't know what to expect going into this hike, seemed like a normal descent through Arizona landscape. I gasped as I rounded a turn at the bottom and gazed up at the breathtaking scene before me. Rugged beauty surrounded by travertine with the added elegance of the water that drops and flows through the area. Worth the hike, and the heat.

The one issue we had was that the cottage was cold. The front door and several windows had air leaks that allowed cold air to get in. We had to set the furnace on 73 to keep it somewhat warm.

Our unit was clean of dust and clutter but smelled musty, and the carpets were decades old and dirty feeling. The whole thing needed to be renewed 25 years ago. I felt disappointed with my stay.
