Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

"Property is beautiful just area around is rebuilding after hurricane damage so no pool and no hot tub. Limited parking. Would have been nice to know beforehand. Also no parking permit in the unit. If not for the help of friendly neighbors who we able to help us, we would have been towed. No one at the property to help with little things like that. "
