"This was a very sparsely furnished hotel. It was more the style of a small European hotel. The room was very clean, the bed good, excellent bathroom. However there was no breakfast which was a disappointment. The staff were very helpful giving us ideas of where to go in Charlottetown. We did have to pay for parking."
"The three of us had the basement suite which was extremely spacious. Rod helped us map out our excursions everyday and gave us great suggestions for suppers. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiled. 6 different choices for the included breakfast and free parking. Win win. This was my second time in PEI but first time staying here. Highly recommend it"
"The staff were very helpful and kind. I would have given a 5 star but the room was very bare bones for the price. It was only after one night of struggling with a few plastic forks did we inquire about a getting a few dishes did they inform us that there is in fact a kitchen box! My suggestion is to not only tell people at check in but also deliver it to the room as it’s big and cumbersome. There were no bedside lamps and generally appeared basic. We paid a lot more than last year and the cost was what you would pay at a hotel with all the comforts. Again my suggestion is a few nice touches and bedside lamps would significantly improve the experience. Other than that - great location and separate rooms were ideal for us! Thank you:)"
