"Great value for money! Our family stayed in a room with two double beds and had plenty of space for all our belongings. Property is extremely clean, and the kids loved the pool/free breakfast. The staff at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating! Highly recommend!"

"Good price, room service each day of our stay. Both positives. The not so good, the room was very hot when first entering. The brown middle blanket was falling apart. The carpet was dirty and stained. The table chair was dirty and stained, did not sit on it! Some of these items could be corrected without spending a lot of money and would have made the stay much better. Thank you."

"The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....

"My room was not cleaned sufficiently. The bathroom floor was filthy and unmopped with hair all over it. The used soap was still left in the soapdish, however, there were clean towels. The TV remote had dead batteries. When I turned down the made up bed I found used sheets that had obviously not been changed. The pillow cases appeared to have been the only thing changed. "Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this"
