"The hotel alarm system went off six times throughout the night my wife and I stayed at this Embassy Suites and we got very little sleep. I asked the front desk about a refund and was told management would contact me which they never did so even though I travel to this area alot, I will never stay at Embassy Suites again."

"This hotel was very clean, room comfortable and nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and nice to have kitchenette. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast was really good with nice selection of hot and cold items, great coffee! All the other reviews I had read were correct on all those topics. The only part was that either I didn't read the online description correctly, or missed it but the pool is not on this property. It is at the sister property next door, which is very close, right...

"I am an amputee and had requested a handicapped accessible bathroom. Upon my arrival, I was told there were no handicapped accessible bathrooms available. In the early evening, the staff had changed and I went up and asked the front desk person if there were any handicapped rooms. He assured me there were, checked his computer and lo and behold they had handicapped rooms. Absolutely pathetic SERVICE"

"The location was excellent based on who we were there to visit. Everything we might need store or restaurant wise was in close proximity. The breakfast area had adequate seating as well as a nice selection of food items. My favorite item was the 24 hour coffee station that will freshly grind the beans for your coffee when your ready for a cup. I would strongly consider staying there again. The only thing we didn't like was a strong odor that was limited to just our bathroom area."

"Clean room. Very friendly and social front desk staff. Large, lovely, very clean lobby with hangout area and “kitchen” area. Welcome “happy hour” and fruit infused water always available in the lobby. Pool is a bit small especially when a lot of kids are there, it gets a little crazy."
