"Rooms clean Garbage was stacked up on the west side of the property not only was it disgusting you know it’s a potential for mice and rats and the crows were everywhere I asked for replacement remote control to be brought up to my room and left at the door with a knock and it never came so I dealt with the malfunctioning remote control one night and then brought it down the next morning and they did bring a replacement to the room"

"The location of the hotel is excellent and the free parking is great in a city like San Francisco. The staff were excellent and very helpful! Breakfast good but the breakfast room is kind of small. The hotel was clean the room!"
