"The place was well maintained. However, I advised the person in the reception that my mother will have difficulty going up and down the stairs and I was given the deaf ear. We managed being stuck in the 2nd floor with no elevator but just ignoring what was stated was poor customer service in my part. She didn’t want to have her breakfast because of this situation."

"Parking was okay, but the traffic on the street in front of the hotel was terrible. The hotel needs to trim the tree at the entrance to the hotel. It's impossible to see the coming traffic on the curve. Very dangerous."

"The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the daily variety. The staff was also courteous and even offered us a cookie upon our arrival. The room, however, was pretty awful. It smelled really funky and there’s no way we’d walk barefoot on the carpet. The chair and ottoman were, literally, filthy. We put our suitcases up on the table and the desk. "Clean hotel and simple, contemporary/modern design. It included breakfast in the a.m. and bottled water. I was only disappointed that for blocking several rooms for our wedding, they didn't upgrade us to a suite or make any additional effort to make their hotel/services stand out during our stay..on our wedding night."
