"I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to warn you-DO NOT to stay here! The whole hotel was so dirty! It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Trash in the halls. Stained bedding. We had 2 rooms & one wasn’t even ready until after 6pm. Neither had any towels, hand towels or washcloths. Finally around 8 they could supply each room with 2 bath Towels. Save yourself!"

"I had 4 rooms on the 5th floor. Every room had mold in them. Mold was in every light socket, on the ceilings around the fire alarm, around and on the pictures on the walls. My room had mold on the walls. The humidity was terrible in the rooms. We kept the fan running constantly and it rattled. The first day the floors were slippery and wet from the humidity."

"One of the things that most impressed me when I booked the hotel was that the list of amenities (booked through Expedia) listed "housekeeping daily". However, during my stay, I learned that was not the case. While there, I checked the hotel's website, which indicated it had "limited" housekeeping. "Never ever again pictures does no justice!!! We had to go to Walmart and buy new sheets, blankets, pillows, rugs expense we weren’t counting on! N the smell in the room was awful! Just DIRTY! The only good thing about it was it was right in front of the beach! We got two nights had to leave after the first night I couldn’t take it any longer I didn’t even want to try the free breakfast we went to IHOP! Good luck staying there! Not worth the money!"

"I like the fact that sign was gone about not being able to take breakfast to room. I always enjoy eating my breakfast in my room. I was very happy about that."

"I booked a specific room through Expedia, but the hotel gave me a completely different one when I arrived. When I asked about the change, staff only apologized and offered no solution or explanation. This was frustrating and misleading, especially since I paid for a particular room type. The experience left me feeling disappointed and let down by both the hotel and the accuracy of their listings."

"Overall, the hotel was extremely clean and offered my family and I a pleasant experience. The amenities and housekeeping were useful as well! Though, one minor inconvenience was one of the front desk workers seemed a bit bothered that we had asked for fresh towels and trash can pick-ups on only a couple of days.
