"This lovely little hotel is located in the centre of La Spezia making it the perfect base from which to explore Cinque Terre. Close to shops, restaurant and the train station. Could not have been easier."

De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. De eigenaar neemt voor aankomst contact op via Whats app en geeft dan...

"Our view was absolutely stunning, and you won't find a better location! It is steps from the water, steps from a variety of restaurants and shopping, very close to the ferry and train station. We easily parked our car just before Varnazza (they don't allow you to drive in), there is one parking lot that is reasonable and they shuttle you in. "Een warm welkom"

"Chambre super propre. C’est littéralement à 1, 2 ou 3 minutes à pied de la gare de train (selon l’immeuble dans lequel vous serez logé). Très pratique pour visiter les villages des Cinque Terre en train, mais aussi le reste de la ville de La Spezia, qui se parcourt très facilement à pied. Le personnel est très réactif et poli. Très agréable de pouvoir se faire un petit thé ou café directement dans sa chambre. La salle de bain est au goût du jour et, je le répète, d’une propreté absolue ! Merci."

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable.
