Not even really sure if I should said anything, mainly for the reason of I was flabbergasted. When I booked the room, it was only for one night for a concert. $100, good deal for what I thought I was getting. When we arrived, whole place was under construction, lobby had wires hanging, couldn’t even get into our room without the lady having to open it for us. It would’ve been a nice heads up when I booked it, I thought I was at the wrong location because of how insane the lobby looked. The room itself was clean and nice, but the toilet was overflowing from the tank itself, not even the bowl. And the a/c didn't have a dial with wires exposed, so that was inconvenient. I dont think it was appropriate to be operating under the circumstances that we saw upon arriving. Whatever grey area they were working under, should probably be reviewed, I wouldn’t have even paid $100 for what we got, $40 maybe. Not even to mention, pretty sure we were the only ones who were staying with maybe one other person and the front desk staff. Little concerning not gonna lie.

The hotel is a construction zone. No lobby. Junk everywhere. It should not be open. It really awful. No keys for the rooms. Everything is a disaster. Do not recommend. 2 couples arrived when we did. They saw the mess and left. We stayed only because our family event was close and we put up with it .never again!!!!

The place was under MAJOR construction! No phone in room, microwave, hair dryer, coffer maker! Nothing. Dry wall dust, everywhere! No key card given. Had to call a # at the desk to be let in as Noone was ever there!

Under Construction in process of converting to Holiday Inn Express. They called us ahead of time to tell us they were renovating so we knew what to expect. We didnt mind, we were happy to have a place to sleep at a great rate for the nfl draft weekend. Kudos to the staff to meet all our needs. Might not be a good place right now for a young family though due to heavy construction materials around the site, but for 14 men on a guys trip it was great! Staff was A+++

It is a fully active construction site and totally unsecure. Ladders, plaster, boards, buckets galore to trip over amid dust and debris, all to be walked through to get to your room of peeling wallpaper and a dysfunctional toilet. There is no one attending the front desk most of the time, so any old person off the street is able to come in and help themselves to the hotel. You also cannot make a left into or out of the parking lot which is extremely inconvenient as well. Never have had such a jarring experience at a hotel. They should not be able to operate in such a way, someone is going to get hurt.

No one said anything about remodeling, the hotel was a disaster area had to walk thru a construction zone to get to my room, got covered with dust and plaster while I walked prob only a handful of rooms accessible they should’ve closed the hotel, my toilet ran all night and got woken up by construction workers throwing concrete in dumpster at 6am and the whole floor smelled like marijuana I WISH I could get my 104.00 back

Hotels.com did not state that this hotel was under construction and was also a non-refundable room. So when we arrived and they said we are under heavy construction, there was nothing that could be done. It was misrepresentative and false advertising. The hotel should not have been open the public to stay there while t heavy construction

The hotel is undergoing renovations so the grounds and interior of the hotel space weren’t kept up. The room was nice but there were some minor issues, the staff offered to switch rooms.

When we arrived, the hotel was under a massive remodel that was not advertised in the listing. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly and let us see our room before checking in to see if we wanted to stay or not. With having a 2 year old we did decide not to stay due to the construction conditions. The hotel definitely has potential, the lobby looked nice and the staff is amazing.

Hotel is under some sort of renovation. I couldn’t even get my door closed. Fridge had previous guest’s food in it. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all. Cigarettes littered area around entry. Room numbers were falling off walls in hallways.

Be warned - hotel is under MAJOR construction. Most services aren't available like pool, gym, food. Hallways stink and construction debris and supplies are all around building. Room itself was nice and quiet. Overall I suggest not staying here until construction is done, which is a long way off. There are other hotels right next to this one.
