"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. "First room i was given had no working lights in the bathroom or foyer. The whole establishment needs a major upgrade as decay and age has taken a toll. Dingy and worn out is the theme of this establishment. I am surprised that the Ramada name is still being used at this place. Staff was uninspired and listless. Only positive was breakfast, which was good with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. "
