"Not clean. When you get off the elevator on the 6th floor you are met with a light blue chair that has stains on it. Clearly no deep cleaning happens in the hotel. I was very surprised. I assume they are severely understaffed and have poor management. Given the prices they charge this is terrible. ..."

The Landing Hotel at Rivers Casino
"Only stayed for one night, but the room was lovely. They had complimentary valet parking and if you like to gamble the casino is connected to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also very good."

"Great staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful building. No denying this is a wonderful hotel!! Arguably the best Hotel Downtown… But the cracks are starting to show (literally). I hope the management spend their budgets looking after the place, when it’s gone it’s gone."

"This was a good property. It was in close proximity to Downtown Pittsburgh. The food at the bar (dinner) was ok. The only downside of this trip is that if you want a hot shower in the morning, get up early because by 8 am, all I had was cold water!!"
