"They have virtually everything one would need in the hotel and in your room. The rooms are spacious and fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, appliance and space one needs. The free laundry room on the fourth floor has several washers and dryers with detergent and fabric softener. Our room had an HP computer, monitor and printer which we didn't need but if one needed it, you don't have to go to the business center. "The room was fairly clean, although I could see dust on the desk and in washroom corners. heating was on all night in spite of the weather being warm. I didn't find a way to turn it off and the management didn't answer my phone. Breakfast was perfect: very nice portion and atmosphere. Staff were polite and helpful. there is no washroom in the lobby area, only inside rooms so I couldn't use a washroom after I checked out. the place has an authentic lovely vibe"

Room was not ready when we arrived. went out came back later, still not ready, adv we would have to check in after 7:30pm as we had plans with family.
