"Lovely modern hotel. Staff were so nice. Only downside was room for your things in the hotel room. Space to hang things but didn't affect us as was only there one night! The pool was amazing. Daughters got a little treat bag for their bdays. "

As a not young, single woman traveler, I feel totally safe.

Clean room and bathroom, good Air Conditioning, friendly staff… no complaints.
Also, my room had a balcony that looked out on the street for a pleasant view in the morning before it got too hot out.

"This hotel is smart and a bit quirky. It is ideally located very close to Gare du Nord but once inside very quiet, a little oasis in a busy part of town. The decor is interesting with a train travel theme. Lots of restaurants nearby. "
"Lovely property opposite Gare du nord and round the corner from gare de l’Est so great for Metro/train/bus etc. Really comfy & quiet rooms. Staff were excellent and always on reception day or night. Would definately recommend & stay again. "
"The hotel is very nice, but for a family room I think that the rooms are too small. Check out other family rooms in other hotels. A few years ago we stayed at The Hampton by Hilton hotel in Antwerp. Now thats a family room that impressed us all a lot.

"The hotel answered my queries before our arrival. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was efficient. The triple room was spacious and was cleaned every day. We were able to keep our bags in the locked baggage area after we had checked out on the last day. There were two bakeries and convenience stores nearby and some nice, affordable restaurants in the area near the canal. All in all, a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and was very pleasant to stay in; I would only caution that for very light sleepers there is an occasional distant rumble that I assume is from a subway or train line. But one of the major benefits is that it is walking distance from two major train stations (Gare de l' est is 6mins walk and Gare du Nord is 12 mins), so you can probably reasonably expect this in a city centre.
