"Although going through some renovations this hotel was just what we needed for our short stay in Paris. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful French breakfast! Taxi service on-site. Our King room was perfectly laid out. Great bed and very quiet. Convenient location for all sights in Paris."

"I love this charming hotel! Located on a quiet street across from Notre Dame, great pasty shops, and the Siene! I arrived early and the woman at the desk was so helpful checking my backpack until check in. The room had so many amenities: steam iron, hair dryer, nespresso machine, tea, creamer, a safe, lots of hangers, toiletries, a mini fridge packed with things(wine, beer, chocolate, sodas that were priced reasonably, for example €3 for can of coke) The pillows (4) on the double bed were soft, and the linens were silky and the bed was comfy. Had a bathtub with a shower so you had the option to soak after a long day of exploring. The walls were a little thin, and I could hear the next room, but honestly, they were really loud talkers (but I could see where that could bother some people) thankfully they slept all night. The window opens fully and had a window box of red geraniums and ivy that the sun shone on and it looked so nice. It was a really quaint, beautiful room. And SO clean! There’s a great sitting area in the lounge with leather chairs and a comfy chesterfield sofa and lots of interesting decor, plus good reading material. I didn’t eat breakfast but the assorted cheeses, breads, juices looked very nice (and very affordable at €14) Upon checkout, the staff was so nice. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Next time I will get one of the rooms with the terrace on the 5th floor ( with small table and two chairs!) Great hotel!!"

"The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my stay. A lovely bonus, three cute resident dogs greet you each morning, which was such a charming way to start the day. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. Highly recommend!"

"The beginning of my stay did not start out well as the Superior Apartment I had paid for was not available. I had to stay in a studio for the first night, and it was ok, but again not ideal. Then the air conditioning didn't work at first, but they fixed it and it worked again... Until it didn't. So I had to sleep one night with my windows open... In Paris... Which is loud. The staff was very nice and accommodating and they did their best, but it was really disappointing. The location is really good though with access to the Metro at the end of the corner. "

"Everything appeared to be quite clean. There were other issues that were accommodated. We asked to change room because our first room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wouldn't go there. Because of a malfunction you had to go to the 4th or 6th floor. And due to construction the bar and restaurant were closed. So we asked for a small consession of included breakfast since we had not included breakfast in our reservation and they gave us that."

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"Beautiful room and comfortable king size bed. Very quiet room Great shower. Maid did a nice job cleaning each day Hotel is nicely located not far from 3 metro stations Enjoyed the wine bar next door"

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."
