"Right on the walkway that crosses the main tourist part of Placencia, with easy access to everything. The place itself was quiet, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, had an AC unit. It was so hot outside! Would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. "My husband and I visited in January 2026 and had the most AMAZING and memorable honeymoon. The staff was wonderful and so helpful from the time we booked until the day we left. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The people who picked us up from the airport (our flight got in a couple of hours early) came within 10 minutes to pick us up early after we called and they offered us a local beer (or water). "Everything you need in the middle of all the action!"

"This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

"Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"
