"Very gross - do not recommend. Stayed while traveling and passing thru so we did not know the area. Negative: Two towels had previous occupants hair on them and a third covered in old stains. Found two bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Ashamed to say, between the dirty towels and bugs, we weren't brave enough to shower even after traveling all day. Two of the four lights in the bedroom didn't work so we had to keep the window blinds open in order to see. Could hear other occupants thru the walls as well as hear all doors open/close in the hallway. Positive: The front desk was nice and made check-in and out easy. Altogether, would never stay again."

"First, with the good. The STAFF were very NICE. Now the bad. 😖The small refrigerator in the room did not work. I had medicine that needed to be in the refrigerator and the staff was nice enough to let me keep it in their office and kitchen refrigerator. Sorry more bad. I got up to use the restroom twice in the evening each time there was a huge roach in the bathroom I grabbed it and threw it in the toilet. Needless to say I didn’t sleep very well thinking that something would be crawling on me as I slept for the building being as old as it was, I guess they kept it as clean as they could sorry I won’t stay here again, and it kind of affects my stain at any other quality ends throughout the United States."

"The bathroom sink was dirty. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was so hot you could melt a chocolate bar. We talked with staff. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t and didn’t give us a different room. The next day speaking with management they only apologized and said they would have moved us room. I’ll not stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it it either."
