"No amenities - didn't have any plastic or glass or any containers to drink out of nor any ice buckets (which didn't matter as the ice machine was out of order). No coffee available; pool and hot tub empty & not available; "game room" machines gone; room curtains & box spring mattresses shredded. Mattress comfortable enough but extends over foot of bed & when I sat on edge to put on my shoes the mattress flipped and I fell onto ground (didn't get hurt).
