"Brand new in February. Very spacious and amenities are generous. Staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Terrific!!"

"Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I can say that may be a negative if you're used to a somewhat soft mattress. The mattress was a little too firm for my wife. But I didn't have a problem with it. Just an FYI. But if you ask if I would stay again. The answer is definitely yes."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."

"I was disappointed because I’ve stayed in extended stay hotels before that were nicer. The bed and bath were both nice but the kitchenette was a little sad. It wasn’t stocked with anything in the way of kitchen items not even a coffee pot. I asked but the “kit” they provide only had 2 spoons and two forks. No knives or can opener. I asked for a receive a coffee maker. The breakfast was just grab and go. Fiber bars and Muffins. Oatmeal packets. No fruit. Won’t stay again unless I bring a...

"We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!"

"The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself."
