"The staff are really friendly and the place is spotless with great air conditioning. If there's one flaw it's just a steep walk up hill back to apartment which meant we had to get taxis home a lot, however I would certainly stay there again it would not deter me as taxis were very cheap from main strip"

"Fantastic location … walkable to square and also to main centre but far enough that it was peaceful in the evening (only 5 or 6 euro in a taxi up from the centre in the evening) Staff members are wonderful - friendly & helpful but not overbearing. Marc - part of the entertainment team who hosted the tapas tasting - was particularly fabulous. Activities on every day by the pool bar if you want to - not forced or hectic - cocktail making; meditation; bracelet making; hand massage; tapas tasting; quiz etc First time to Majorca and will definitely return and most likely to this hotel"

"Good stay at this hotel. Our double room was very large and cleaned every morning, breakfast was good and with variation every day. the pools were big and lots of chairs and umbrellas. Short walk into the main part of town."

"This hotel is perfectly located. While it doesn’t have many amenities, its location right by the ocean is unbeatable. There is convenient municipal parking nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff, especially Eugenio. He is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind people I have ever met at a hotel. He gave me unique recommendations that allowed me to explore the island beyond the typical tourist spots, and they made my trip so much more memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He is a true gem—professional, welcoming, and an incredible asset to the hotel. Thank you, Eugenio, for making my stay so special!"

"I wish they had a better gym and better equipment and not in the basement would be nice to have water views during workouts. Also outside pools they close one of them at 6 pm and second one at 8 pm but people still want to swim so my suggestion is to extend hrs ."
