"Amazing place with spectacular views. We had the package including breakfast and dinner. I was extremely happy we had the food included. Food was great and lot of variety. "The hotel is lovely . Clean and comfortable,i did have a problem when i went to the bar during the day for a drink ....staff member was on phone call ( to work related staff i believe not personal call ) but failed to acknowledge me or serve me so i went across the road to the shop instead ! Pool is clean and well maintained .lots of beds Going across to different restaurant for meals is unusual and they only supply small plates but plenty of choice and well stocked . Would book again if price was reasonable"

"This is a great place on a budget on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa the area a little rough to be truthful and a serious amount of steps to get up which takes its toll after a couple days ,the hotel itself is trying to accommodate all male and female groups and families with children with dont blend well , we had to put up with swearing and lots of drinking around the pool , can only put it down to the owners like the income stags and hens bring , big asset is the life guard she was brilliant and constantly watching the pool , would I go back no , the actual Santa Ponsa very nice and would return but other parts of Mallorca better im sure."

"Comfortable stay at The he Casablanca with friendly staff. One small note is that when staff are clearing breakfast plates etc on the terrace they throw cutlery everywhere c into boxes causing loud sharp noises constantly. This is a simple thing to stop as they can just place things at the same speed. Sort that and I would be giving even better score."

The check in process was easy and smooth my luggage was taken to my room and I was given a tour of the entire property and they included the amenities. I will definitely be staying here again."

Went to the Teppanyaki restaurant, very disappointed. Prior to arrival explained 1 x vegetarian 1 x pescatarian. The chef was adamant that meant we ate anything except red meat! Not acceptable, for a hotel of this rating…"
